Rev. Tim Newman became the lead pastor of First Assembly of God in December of 2007.  Pastor Tim is a graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, MN.  He also holds a Master of Arts degree from Wheaton College Graduate School in Wheaton, IL.  He has pastored churches in South Dakota, Florida, and Minnesota prior to coming to Illinois.  Pastor Tim and his wife, Doris, have three grown children who are married.  Chad and his wife Krista live in Waukesha, WI.  Krista and her husband Chris live in Warrenton, MO.  April and husband Kyle reside in Waxahachie, TX.
